Nabayee Tesfu
Founder & Head Coach
Nabayee Tesfu holds both the UEFA B License and the U.S. Soccer B License. He currently serves as the U13–U19 Competitive Boys Director of Coaching at Tennessee United Soccer Club, where he leads player development strategy and supports coaches across multiple age groups.
Previously, Nabayee was the Director of Player Development at Eristars Soccer Club, overseeing curriculum design and implementation for more than 350 players. He also served as the U9/U10 Boys Age Group Director at DC Soccer Club in Northwest Washington, D.C., where he managed programming and development for over 100 players.
Nabayee is deeply committed to advancing youth soccer development in the United States. He believes young athletes possess tremendous potential to not only excel on the field, but to grow as disciplined, resilient, and high-character individuals. His coaching philosophy emphasizes hard work, accountability, and focused development both as players and as people.
“This training program was created to directly challenge the current soccer landscape in this country. Everyday I witness players being done a great disservice by the lack of attention, accountability, understanding, focus, opportunity and detail from clubs and coaches when it comes to individual player development. My inspiration comes from several European Federations including the Spanish FA, German FA, French FA and Croatian FA. Their youth development process has shown years of constant success in developing players who play at the highest level.”
